My name is Lindy Kuhn, and I have been a member of the Red Lion Controls team since 1983. I began in Customer Service as a customer service representative, later migrated to Inventory Control and Administration, where I stayed for 16 years, and in 1999 moved back into the sales field as the Customer Service Manager for the Inside Sales Department. I thoroughly enjoy working with all of our Distributors and Customers, as well as my co-workers in the Customer Service Department. | | Customer Service Representative -

Hello, my name is Sandy Albright and I am the Customer Service Rep. for the Eastern Region. I have been with Red Lion Controls since Nov. 2001. I come from a background of many years in the Customer Service field, retail, banking and radio. I thoroughly enjoy being able to interact and assist my customers with their questions and concerns, as well as working with a great Customer Service and Technical Support team. Hello, my name is Glenda Crump. I'm the Customer Service Rep. for the Northeast Territory. I've worked in customer service for many years as an Inside Sales Rep for a floor covering distributor. I enjoy working with all the distributors, customers and a very supportive Customer Service Team. Hi! My name is Sharon Wood. I assist customers in the Southern Territory and International Non-European Distributors. My previous experience in sales, accounting and administration affords me a variety of skills and insight to effectively manage the challenges that arise in customer service. I have found the interaction with our customers is truly the most enjoyable part of my position. Due to his sales position, the past several years my fiancée and I have had the opportunity to reside in Baltimore, Chicago and most recently North Central New Jersey. Hi, my name is Barb Markel and I am the Customer Service Rep. for Western USA and Western Canada. I joined Red Lion Controls Customer Service Team in August of 2005. I have many years of customer service and sales experience working in the wireless communications industry for thirteen years and in other manufacturing and service industries as well. I look forward to developing long term professional relationships with my distributors and customers and working with the great customer service team here at Red Lion Controls. My name is Helen Thalheimer and I came to Red Lion Controls in June of 2006. Before coming to Red Lion, I worked in the shipping department of a local company for two years. I currently live in the York area with my husband and we have two sons and seven grandchildren. In my spare time, I collect paperweights, teddy bears, rocks and gems.
