The Data Station Plus and Modular Controller series, which already offer advanced communication and data management, can now also connect to Profibus networks. With the release of the XCPB card, users can quickly add Profibus DP slave connectivity to any of the Data Station Plus or Enhanced Modular Controller master units. The card is simply added to the expansion slot during installation.

With the powerful protocol conversion facility embedded in both product series, combined with the standard offering of three serial ports and a multiple-protocol Ethernet port, users can now realize complete system integration and data transfer.
