Red Lion proudly announces the release of a new G3 series operator interface panel. The model G306A touchscreen panel features a 5.7" TFT active matrix 256 color QVGA 320 x 240 pixel LCD display and a five button keypad for on-screen menus.

Customers can choose from either the original G306C with its Ultra-STN display, or the new G306A with its TFT display, which provides a better viewing angle and display contrast. Both units include a 5.7” display and use the same panel cutout. The G306A also comes with 8 MB onboard flash memory to support larger applications.

As with all G3 panels, the G306A arrives standard with an Ethernet port, USB programming port, support for up to five high-speed serial ports, integrated protocol converter, built-in web server, standard CompactFlash socket and IT-ready data logging.

Customers already using the G306C may download their existing databases to the new G306A model using the latest version of Crimson 2.0 software.
