The readers of Control Design magazine have again selected Red Lion as their number one choice in panel meters for the ninth consecutive year. The margin of victory was 29% more than the closest competitor. Red Lion has won the panel meter category of the Reader's Choice Award every year since 2001, the first year the award was given.

The balloting for this survey went to machine builders and systems integrators who reported to Control Design that they had the authority to specify, recommend, or purchase industrial automation and control products for industrial machines. Vendors were not included in the balloting, and any known responses from vendors were not counted. The voting was completely un-aided, therefore no lists of vendors or product brands were provided. Readers were simply asked which was the one best company for products in the panel meter category.

Everyone strives to be the best they can be, this is true for manufacturers, service providers and even football teams. It’s about being at the top that counts. Control Design Magazine provides manufacturers a measure of just what the customers think of their products and services. The important point is just that, it's what the customer thinks, their voice, and their vote.
