It’s easy to create multi-language databases with Crimson 3’s auto-translate utility. This allows a database for a Data Station Plus, a G3 HMI or a Modular Controller to be written once and then translated for applications worldwide, thus saving extra development costs and time.

The video linked below gives step by step instructions on the use of the auto translate function that is built into the software. There is an option to translate the entire database, or individually translate certain items as needed. Included in the software is a lexicon for common industrial automation and process control terms in multiple languages. An on-line web translation service can also be used. If there are any auto translations that need to be changed, Crimson 3 makes it easy to manually edit the content. Testing of the database can be effortlessly done using the emulation function.
