Hot-Swappable Modules – Networks are as dynamic as the applications where they are deployed. Today’s network infrastructures require hardware to grow and adapt as needs change. The all-Gigabit modular NT24k switches offer the industry’s highest level of flexibility with hot-swappable, auto-detecting modules. Ethernet, fiber and SFP options are available with Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet connectivity to meet your needs today and tomorrow.
Connectivity Options – With over 100 mixed-media configuration options, including copper M12 connectors, the rugged NT24k platform combines the benefits of noise-immune fiber with the versatility of 10, 100, 1000Base copper connectivity and optional IEEE 802.3af/at Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) support, and bypass relays to provide a robust migration path across varying industrial applications.
Rugged Industrial Design – NT24k switches perform best in critical industrial environments. Developed with industrial environments in mind, these switches have wide operating temperatures, UL Class I, Division 2 (Group A, B, C and D) listing and high tolerance to shock and vibration. With >1 million hour MTBF rating, and IP67-rated models available, the NT24k will perform reliably in any industrial environment.
Flexible Platform – We built the NT24k platform with the idea that no two networks are alike. NT24k switches are available in modular 1U rackmount chassis, a 2 or 3 bay modular DIN-rail enclosure, an IP67-rated metal bulkhead mount enclosure, or a compact DIN-rail configuration. Regardless of where these switches are mounted, a variety of AC and DC power input options to meet varying requirements are available.
Precision Timing – Coordinating complex motion within industrial environments requires advanced timing capabilities. NT24k PT models are IEEE 1588v2 compliant and provide support for precision timing using either Boundary Clock or Transparent Clock modes. The accuracy of these models is perfect for applications ranging from controlling robots to conveyor systems and oil and gas drilling.

The NT24k platform helps address uptime needs with N-Ring™ technology that boasts 30ms recovery time for rings containing up to 250 switches. Remote Monitoring & Control – Utilize N-View™ diagnostic and monitoring technology to remotely monitor your network. This easy-to-use software allows you to view real-time switch statistics, schedule firmware updates by model, individually or in user-defined groups immediately or at a future date and time, all to help ensure your network is running at peak performance.
