| Synchronize log and event files from the HMI to a PC for permanent storage and further analysis. The G3's FTP synchronization can be performed automatically or on demand. |

Synchronization in 7 steps :: |
|
|
Enter
the "Communications" module.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Enable
Synchronization manager and Log File Sync.
|
|
|
|
|
 |
Enter the FTP server's IP
address.
|
|
|
|
 |
Enter User name and Password for the G3 to
log onto the server.
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Define the PC root directory where the files will
be saved.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Enter the synchronization frequency.
|
|
|
|
The G3 will synchronize the content of the
Compact Flash card with the FTP server as defined in the Sync
period.
Synchronization complete!
|
