Return for Credit:
The policy intends to resolve specific customer issues within 60 days of invoice. Items returned under the policy must be considered “Product eligible for return”, in the original carton, and in resaleable condition. We are unable to take back any product that has been used or opened.
Return for Repair:
Red Lion provides quality repair and calibration services. It is our policy to provide a service that returns a properly functioning unit to our customer as quickly as possible. A fault description must accompany all units being returned. Cosmetic repairs can be made if desired, but that request must be specified on the RM request form. All repair work is warranted for a 90 day period.
Return for Warranty:
A warranty claim enables customers to return product to the factory when found to be non-conforming in accordance to Red Lion standard terms and conditions of sale. The warranty claim will be verified by a technical evaluation of the product once it is received by Red Lion. It is Red Lion’s discretion to repair, replace, or issue credit for non-conforming products.
If a product is returned for warranty, but is found to be conforming after technical evaluation, then the product will be sent back .
